home made pancakes

Easy Home made pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
3 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
I serve mine with surgar free syrup too . enjoy

    Oh my goodness gracious. I haven't even gotten a chance to make my buttermilk pie and now you have pancakes too? What am I going to do with you? Oh my this sounds scrumptous too.

    I have my list made out for the store, but I was not able to get out this weekend. I have not felt well. My legs are giving me quite a bit of trouble. It took everything I had this morning to get up and get moving for work. I will survive, but it has been a struggle.

    I am sorry, but I did not get an email sweetie. We have been having some computer issues and I hope we got all the bugs worked out. Please resend it today, and I will check again tonight when I get home. Sorry.

Aw sherry its so good to hear from you sweetie,i have been praying for you ,i love hearing from you too ,it always make me smile .I will email you again this evening,and always know sweetie I'm here for you ,I pray for your healing daily and i know in time you will gain your strength back,...when i make my pancakes i always use splenda for baking and it does so well... have a great day.Cilla
