corn pudding

sharing with you a wonderful corn pudding,it would be a great side dish to any meal.enjoy my friend's and have a great evening .love


Corn Pudding

Ingredients
5 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
2 (14.75 ounce) cans cream-style corn
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
In a large bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add melted butter, sugar, and milk. Whisk in cornstarch. Stir in corn and creamed corn. Blend well. Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
Bake for 1 hour.

Sweet potato biscuits


Sharing with you one of my favorite new recipes,Sweet potato biscuits,i had never made them before until this past weekend ,they are so light and fluffy with a subtle sweetness from the sweet poatoes,perfect with jam.enjoy dear friends



SWEET POTATO BISCUITS

2 1/2 cups biscuit mix1/3 cup butter, softened1 cup sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed1/2 cup milk
Combine ingredients in order given and mix until a soft dough is obtained.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured work surface and shape into a ball; knead 3-4 turns (do not over-knead).
Press out to a flattened circle 1/2-inch thick.
Dip biscuit cutter into flour and cut into 2-inch rounds.
Arrange biscuits with edges touching on an ungreased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 450°F oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Makes about 18 biscuits.
